TEXAS: 125 Attend Statewide Campus Retreat...3 Baptized

            Campus disciples from all over Texas came together this past weekend for our Spring Retreat entitled “Open Your Eyes.”  With the breathtaking views of Canyon Lake and surrounding country, 120 students spent the weekend engaged in great fellowship and inspiring messages.  The entire retreat kicked off with an amazing spirit of unity, zeal and joy, but that was only the beginning.  Speakers included Brandon Clayton from Dallas, as well as Mike and Anne-Brigitte Taliaferro and Marty Wilkinson from San Antonio. 

            It was inspiring to all as Esteban Rodriguez got baptized on Saturday, as well as Jasmine Guardi the next day.  There is a spirit of revival sweeping through Texas and the retreat has only acted to stoke the flames.  Right after the retreat, Sergio Galvan was baptized into Christ in San Antonio.  He and many other men have been studying the Bible the past weeks and, even now, 4 of those men attended Sergio’s baptism and shared their wholehearted desire to follow his example.  We rejoice as God continues to be glorified as miracles are happening here in San Antonio and across Texas.
