Rio Grande Valley (USA): Growing on Both Sides of the Border
The Rio Grande Valley Church is located at the southern most tip of Texas, but extends a hand of outreach and fellowship across international borders to the city Reynosa, Mexico. The church is excited to share good news from both sides of the border.
The United States side:
In August, the church celebrated it's twelfth anniversary with a special service. The church's eighty members had the joy of seeing 193 in attendance that day and the disciples have been busy with Bible studies ever since. The campus ministry has grown from thirteen to twenty-two this year, and saw three baptisms on September 23rd alone. The church is also grateful for two faithful women who decided to leave their home cities for the sake of the gospel and moved to the Rio Grande Valley to serve as interns.
