World Discipleship Summit: JUNE 20, Day of Prayer and Fasting for the Summit

"This kind can only come out by prayer..."  Mark 9:29

  Mike Taliaferro, conference director for the World Summit, would like to propose a day of prayer and fasting on Wednesday, June 20th, for the conference.  Over 16,000 have registered and while this is exciting, it also presents new administration and organizational challenges. While we are prepared and eager to tackle those challenges, we deeply covet the prayers of the churches around the world so that success will come from God.  This is an awesome opportunity for us to truly have a "Mountain Top Experience" here in San Antonio.

  We need prayers for the messages, the flights, the hotels, the buses, and most of all that the Holy Spirit will work powerfully in the hearts of all the participants.  We face all the problems of a seminar, carnival, music festival, and city bus company.  Mostly we pray and hope that this event will speed us on our way toward greater faith, unity, and the powerful meeting of all our 2020 vision goals.
